    ... and am now waiting to hear from Mayo Clinic if there is any bone growth in my spine following the bone graft. I honestly don't have any of the original pain that sent me here and that's so wonderful! I'm also fully off of narcotics for the first time in three years and that's a blessing as well.     My week at the Mayo Clinic is over and we have arrived back at "home" in Illinois!

    My surgery was on November 14...a long day for every one involved! Bob and I woke up at 4:00am in order to be at the hospital by 5:15am. Just like DisneyWorld, there were lines forming for check ins at 5:15, 5:30, 5:45, and 6:00am...and we were told that we were lucky that we were the first surgery of the day.     ... felt pretty dissatisfied with how today worked out. There's a strip mall right on the outskirts of town that we walked through and left flyers at, so hopefully between this and Al's posters in the next couple of days will make a difference.

    ... had to carry it up the stairs and some of it is so heavy!! Well Jonathan carried most of the heavy stuff up J . We then had some helpers come in.
