      ... one bite. What else can we do? Lets shoot some more cans! I was mucking about with my gopro and noticed it would stop filming randomly. A bit of research showed i had been sold a fake class 10 micro sd card from amazon, no wonder it was half the price. Its a pity it didnt manage to film some of my films but at least i noticed now and that it had worked up until this point. Ill get a new real one at walmart sometime before i leave the USA. Left to go back to Havana and went ...

      ... he goes into knowing he'll get them and that's made all the difference. Performing for an assembly is much different than performing in a ring, but at least he's getting a lot of experience now so that when we do get on a show, he'll be ready.

      We found out after the performance that the local newspaper had been there taking photos, so at some point, there will either be photos ...

      ... girls who act like they're afraid of clowns VERY LOUDLY and a man in a store who couldn't wrap his head around John not being embarrassed about being a clown. Hah. The folks at the library were really nice and the gas at Casey's was the cheapest we've seen in awhile ($3.49/gal).

      We took off around 11:30am for Carthage, IL and drove through cornfields for an hour...I definitely prefer that to the outskirts of Chicago!

      ... to turn around and go looking for that rock. Found the rock and not too soon as a truck passed and there was no rock any more. After hunting in the sweltering sun I found my GPS. The plastic cover had a few deep grooves in it as it flew from my bike at 55mph and hit the road. I turned the GPS on and it worked!!! Thanks to Garmin and their rugged (and expensive) 'motorcycle' GPS.
