So I'm sitting here at Indian Lake with the family. We just came in from the "Ring of Fire" which was really cool; everyone on the lake lit a few red flares on the edge of their property, and as looked out across the lake, there was a line of red flares along the shore. I'm not feeling too prepared for my trip... I leave on thursday. Alot of the stress is due to a certain problem I've been having with the "glorious" Embassy of the Republic of ...

I drove her,parked her,and hooked her up.  I slept in her two nights, ate meals in her and even cooked.    So..what I learned...1.  The bed is quite comfortable2.  To reach the food storage cabinets requires a step stool most of the time, and I'm not short.3.  The refrigerator does take several hours to get cold.4.  Hooking up the water and electric is quite easy.5.  This will really be fun!. Well, 100 days later, and I'm back right where I started. Little will know what I have experienced over the past few months, unless of course it goes to publication, which takes a tremendous dedication on my part. Not much to say, but rather do. Talk is very cheap in my book, and now it is time to put into action my new knowledge, and take advantage of a great oppurtunity. Until next time, Adios!

We had a good sleep last night (thanks to our beloved air-conditioner) and it was a nice peaceful RV park with noise. We managed to get away by 8.30 towards Lakeview, Ohio, where we are getting our RV outfitted with slide awnings, and it is already 25 degrees, so it's going to be another scorcher today! 10am and it's 29 degrees, wonder if it'll get hotter...!? Planning a trip around the world is very exciting, especially when people tell you that it is not a good idea. It is hard to imagine that in a little more than a month, I will be gone for 100 days to places that English is the second, third or not spoken at all language. A scary thought for most, but for me a new challenge in my quest for culture and knowledge......
