... here instead of pouring money into Isis. I said "is it still a huge issue?" Trying to figure out what the problem was, and he laughed and said "they chopped off their heads and use them as badges." And I thought to myself 'oh we're getting into this conversation' Aka they are today's police force, yet he didn't mention a word about Ferguson. He later went on to say how "you" (whites) drove out the Indians and treated them with such cruelty and did similar things ...

Menu Item: Ribs & Brisket Plate with Spicy Slaw

Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

... t find a fun run that worked for us, so we talked about splitting the legs of a triathlon. A relay, however, did not cut it. I wanted to do the whole thing. Given I couldn’t swim eight months ago and only did my first triathlon (only an enticer distance) in December last year, this was a massive, challenging goal for me.  But hey, I’m an 'all or nothing’ kinda gal. Anyone who has followed my triathlon progress (probably all of you in one way ...
