It was also very interesting to discuss particular cases and the desperate last hours of writs (written legal arguments to a court) to-ing and fro-ing between the state court and the US Supreme Court. Justices Ginsburg and Kagan have provided dissenting judgments in cases which suggest they find capital punishment unconstitutional. Lets hope this argument takes force in due course.

    ... finding that I still had all her money, credit cards and ID from a couple of days ago, she had to walk back out to the trailer to get her ID and money from me and then back to the front check out counters to pay for the items the clerk was nice enough to save in a cart.     The Chapter Services team was reunited in Indianapolis to make the trek to Jacksonville, Illinois to conquer our fears and experience real-life ghost hunting first-hand. We visited an abandoned opera house as well as an abandoned apartment complex downtown. It was mind-boggling to be opened up to an experience that I had always made a mockery of before. Cool stuff!
