It was given by Dr. Mary Naylor who was the recipient of the Joan K Stout Research Grant. Dr. Taylor is from the University of Pennsylvania and she has been a leader in the field of nursing by developing and implementing the Transitional Care Model primarily for older adults ...

... best things about Conferences is that we see old friends and colleagues that otherwise are not available.
I will vote as a Delegate for members of the STTI Board tomorrow morning and then leave at lunch time. I will try to do one more posting before I leave. If not, I'll catch up with you when I'm home.

And then.....well I went on to several receptions one of which included a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit.....that and a glass of wine ended my day!

Hello, again! Unfortunately, there will be no more pictures.....at the Tribute Award Luncheon today my camera got wet when someone accidently spilled water at the table. I suspect I will need to purchase a new camera....a little time will tell.....I think the camera's brain was "fried".
