Friday I decided to sleep as late as possible since the first thing going on was lunch. However, I woke up about 8:30. That left me about 2 hours to get ready. Now I may be slow, but not that slow! Yesterday was an interesting day. We drove back to Bastrop to meet Linda & Ronny Hibler and picked up all the Historian stuff. Man is there a lot of stuff!! We arrived back at the campground around 3:30 and for the remainder of the afternoon and evening, we worked to load the printer onto the laptop. DID NOT WORK!! There is also a treasure map you fill in and you always get a free smoothie even if you get it wrong. I got a kids’ piņa colada.

... Bread for dinner. We got take-away because we wanted to get back in time for S’mores. The S’mores start at 7:00 so we got back at like 6:50 so we had just enough time to eat our dinner and then make our yummy desert.

It’s only been five days in Texas, but it’s probably felt like a week. I’ve had so much fun and I can’t wait to enjoy the rest of my holiday.
