Got stuck overnight in Houston due to United changing plane arrangements. They put us up in this motel about 3 miles from the airport and surrounded by NOTHING, no grocery stores, no bars, barely a gas station convience store. The food was terrible, I suggest you save your vouchers for the airport restaurants.

First stop was mission control, ...

When Alissa and I finally figured out how to exit from the giant Houston airport after being asked repeatedly where our baggage was located (it is on it's way to Oaxaca, take it easy), her friend Joe took us out to a bar/restaurant to watch Germany and Argentina battle it out! (Way to rock ...

Torchy's Tacos are oh so good and served in a multitude of original forms. For those not in the know, they're soft tacos on either a fresh flour or corn tortilla and will have begging for more. Not only that, but at a price that I fail understand the economics of it all.
