    ... his car broke down, and this woman said she would rive him to Memphis. They stopped in Tupelo to see somme of the sights before he realized she was a ghost. Odd.     ... and reasonable temperatures for the rest of the day. We spent the night in Enid where the oil boom has made getting a room an iffy thing. We did find the "Trail End" Motel though and were able to sleep through the thunderstorms that were in the area all night.     ... a nice, quiet, residential street in Holly Springs, MS. Most houses blend together and are not particularly ostentatious. Except the house on the corner. That is entirely painted with blue spray paint. That has two large lion statues out front (also painted in blue) with barbed wire wrapped around not only the lions (like a leash, lest they be tempted to escape this blue world) but also around the entire house.
