Not much to see in the Atlanta airport.  I feel funny walking through the airport with a wool jacket but temperatures in New York will plummet into the 30's tonight.  A car will pick us up from La Guardia and whisk us away to the Marriott  Marquis  where hopefully we will be there in time to see the Broadway play "Beautiful:  The Carol King Story.  More to ...

... with cobblestones and many small shops a nd restaurants. The royal palace is located here. The family is not in residence but we did try and catch a glimpse of the changing of the guard. Apparently there was a change in schedule and the marine band played a bit before they headed into the building.we saw and toured the City Hall which is covered in gold and colorful mosaics.
