    As a foodie I have to say that if you believe that it's difficult to find good food in Ireland or UK it is a myth!  Complete rubbish:-)  Like anywhere else in Europe the food is great and in fact very diverse. I didn't do any special research to find restaurants it was all on the fly, and even in the smaller towns there was good food and many of my European favorites.     ... pretty moderate for most of the year, Ireland averages a temp of 50 degrees with winters sticking around 40 degrees. England is much of the same average temp is 60 degrees, summers reach near 70 and winters stay about 40. Scotland further north into the Highlands can see winter temps near freezing.

    ... All six girls seem really excited and none sad or homesick to leave, so that's good. Allyson, our "first time flier" did great as we took off from Detroit and is comfy with a coffee and good book now. Check that off the list :) Its yet to be determined if I am ready for residence in the Philippines... But for now I'm just looking forward to getting there. I will check in once we've arrived safely! ...
