My family and I left on a trip to Freeport, Maine with the Gator at 5:00. On the way there we stopped at Burger King to eat. Then Gator and I slept. After we arrived at the Hampton Inn we unpacked while our friends that met us there ate. We all swam for about 2 hours and finished the night with hot cocoa and TV. ... for lunch, since it was a place I frequented as a young child. Lunch was at Barnacle Billy's in Perkins Cove in Ogunquit. We were able to have a nice corner table overlooking the boats and under the awnings, as it continued to drizzle and rain. ... up here (Gritty’s) later at night the same day as we had literally shopped til we dropped and also until most of the restaurants were closed. Take note that most of them close in Freeport by 9pm.
