    Driving to maine we decided to open a Disco tech bar with Mashups of modern day pop re-mixed disco. Tvs, led disco ball, and roller skates. Le Disco Tech was born. Visited USM so basil could really re-live his days working the mailroom, and his daily meetups on the smokers bench. And they have Creamsicle colored fire hydrants. Found a little spot to get brunch, The Front room- amazing corned beef ...

    ... also has a working fishing fleet and an "Ends of the Earth" quality to it that I loved. It's much bigger than the other Outer Cape towns, jampacked with tourist shops, restaurants, clubs and adorable side-by-side cottages. I loved visiting it, but I'm glad I stayed somewhere a little more serene.

    We spent the rest of our last day exploring the Outer Cape, at least until it started raining again. But better weather ...

    After driving the Cabot Trail in CBI and overnite in Louisbourg we headed to Halifax for 4 nites. We stayed 2 nites at a KOA (boo! ��) campground in Upper Sackville and 2 nites parked in Kens cousins driveway in Enfield, NS. The weather was the pits, cold and windy with lots of rain and fog.     ... preserved area with a loop road that we drove around and along the way we stopped for different views and wandered down walking trails.  The scenery varied from the mountain top bedrock and ground cover, to tall firs, deciduous foliage, rugged coastline, running streams and sandy beaches.  We even stopped by a lake with beaver homes built in it.     ... of some kind, however what we found had quite a lot more character than that, and for me was a pleasant surprise. Along the straight stretch of road on either side were separate carparks in front of 'malls'. The buildings themselves were timber, painted in bright colours, blues, yellows etc with white trim.
