    ... used to be the Christian Brothers Winery and in San Antonio. The original campus in Hyde Park currently has three restaurants open to the public, restaurants whose lunch menus I studied closely online before deciding where to make a reservation. The themes of the four are American, Italian, French, and a world-fusion themed one named Gaia. I chose Bocuse, the French restaurant named after Paul Bocuse, the famous chef and restauranteur from Lyons.

    This morning, the rest of the family packed up and headed south from Tarrytown, New York towards Pawleys Island, South Carolina for a week at the beach. Meanwhile, I headed up to the Beehive Co-op in Mt Kisco, New York for the day.

    ... today and stepping on some hidden "hike-enders" just brings the thought up often. It would be crushing, obviously to come this far and not be successful. I've heard a few joke that they won't say they'll make it until they are within crawling distance of the sign.
