... so I'll have to get over it.
Last night we hit up the local Elkhorn Tavern in Weippe with Shaner and his parents. We played free pool and drank endless amounts of beer and clam. Shoot Dang it was fun. Eventually we went home after ringing up a $70 tab in 2 dollar beers. FAIL. Then we went home and conintued to poison ourselves around the kitchen table to ...
to the tune of "Leaving on Jet Plane" -My bags aren't packed, not ready to go. I'm sitting here, inside my room, not ready to face the mount-ain of laundry!
Bill and I both feel we're coming down with something which could kill out trip. Hope not. I can't wait to see the family, my sister-in-law's new place, and the greater Atlanta area ...

We planned to take care of some coach maintenance on the way out of Seattle. This seemed easier than moving the coach multiple times. Jim had noticed some excessive tire wear on the front tires, so our first stop was Foster's Frame and Axle for a front end alignment. They found the problem – too much toe-in. We also got a chassis and steering lubrication while we were there. While the work was ...
Yakima, Washington, United States 2jgstl... blink, you missed it!) and the Wanapum State Park campground. Amazingly, very few campgrounds in this state, all filled up with Seattle people on weekends. Decided to spend two nights on the shores of Columbia River to get the camper organized after all this time. Walked the trail through Ginkgo Petrified Forest, restocked supplies at Ellensburg and checked email in the public library.
Vantage, Washington, United States denisita... on beer and water during intermission and waited for Dave. He gave us a good time and we went back to camp happy and hungry. Had a late night snack and hit the ground. Saturday, we were bummed to find cool windy weather when we had planned on hot baking sun soaking weather. We hung out at camp. I read a book - The Client by John Grisham. It was really good. We walked around the campground and checked out everyone. I took pictures of stuff that ...
George, Washington, United States tkmoonstarSo as Tami and I headed west from Missoula to Seattle, I got in touch with a CS in Seattle that was available to host us. Robin and I had an immediate rapporte and she told us she wasn't sure if she would be at her place to host us because she was going to try and see phish at the Gorge Amphitheater later that night. So yeah, I'm a big phish fan. If you've been paying attention, I already saw them at Bonaroo at the start of my ...
George, Washington, United States brandonibologna... city. Its definitely the place to go if you want to get back to nature...just watch out for mountain lions. I can now also say that I have been to the geographical center of the continental United States (Smith Center, Kansas anyone? They have a delightful little Pizza Hut). I witnessed nature up close in Kansas and Nebraska. The lightning lit up the entire sky as if it were mid afternoon instead of the middle of the night. It was absolutely breathtaking. I was also able to ...
Ellensburg, Washington, United States aspencer15... some souvenirs!" says Matt. I do not want to stop. "When we come back," I say, "on our way home." A promise made. "OK," he says, already looking at the Garmin screen. The Columbia River! Ten miles across, it seems. But really not. Descend and cross, Matt bounces, looking right, and looking left. I focus on the road ahead, and now we're going up, and up, and up. Some ponies on the hill, a wild-horse sculpture high up in the rocks. Rattlesnakes! I have ...
George, Washington, United States burtonll... new stadium and it's a full house tonight so it should be fun. Now we are off to find the Rock N' Roll Museum. It's called the E.M.P.; "Experience Music Project". We saw a banner in the street downtown but still have no clue where it is except it's a big blue thing. Keith asked some dude in a truck so we are on our way. 1:25 - Saw the big needle thing. 1:26 - Found the E.M.P. It's a weird, multi-color shaped rock n'roll museum. Now looking to park. There's a free show right alongside of ...
