... A deep clean was long overdue and having the doors and windows open and drawers cleaned out, and the dust wiped away is so refreshing!

It's all part of the departure preparations since it's so much easier to pack and leave when things are decluttered and organized - and much nicer to come back to! So cleaning first, then creating an ongoing list of things to remember to pack (adaptor kit, vouchers and itinerary, ...

We headed out again. As we want to avoid the I 5 congestion from Olympia through Seattle we headed east toward Yakima then back toward Ellensburg. We are at a RV Resort (???) behind a Days Inn, next to I 90, a truck stop, and of course the required trains. We plan an early start and go only to Mount Vernon. We decided not to cross the bridge on Saturday PM We will stop and get gas and propane at the reservation Sunday AM and be home midmorning.

Well we got going this morning at 8:00 after a decent sleep. Breakfast at the hotel consisted of the world's smallest muffins and no-name brand cereals. Once on the road we noticed the landscape had somehow changed during evening part of our drive the night before. We were now traveling trough rolling bills of green grass. We are now on our ...
