Next Up.....Greenwood for Sophie and Emery, several graduation open houses, Pearson leaves with the youth from FPCH to go to Chicago on a Mission Trip and Kirk heads up north for a week of rest, reflection and a chance to ride the trail he will be running in August for his marathon.

So this is sort of a test....to see who might be paying attention and to see who might join us along the way.
This is Jen writing today. It's been one week since Kirk went on Sabbatical. He's done lots of marathon training.....something like I think 40 miles this week! Thanks John Joss for rounding out his week by an 8 mile run on Saturday.
Kirk's also done some yard work, finally took down the rest of Christmas lights, had a date ...
... to come to the service and have pie with us. We will celebrate more tomorrow when they come for dinner.
Thank you also to my parents, my brother and my nephew Frankie for coming as well. It was a celebratory lunch at our house before Kirk headed back for one last meeting and MHYC event.
So the journey begins.....

I walk into my small dorm room, and see a bunk bed and two small desks. A shorthaired brunette is reading a book on the bottom bunk.
