    Friday was spent in Adirondack State Park, in up-state New York. I got pretty excited because we were able to make amazing food with just al foil and a fire. We had a whole big pork loin and just cooked it with potatoes and some veggies. We didn’t use the RV once, just the fire that we had built.     I have to say that I'm very impressed with Niagara Falls. The falls are amazing! We were lucky enough to have a perfect day to view the falls. Sunny skies with a high around 80. Oddly enough there is still a huge chunk of ice at the base of Horseshoe Falls that has't melted yet. The river, the falls, and the gorge are just beautiful. OK, So much for the good.
