      ... precinct. We rode the free trolley down to the riverside which would be nice in summer, but very dreary today. Found a very nice French Restaurant and had a delicious bowl of bœuf bourguignon - perfect on such a cold day. The toilets were good too, because instead of piped music they had piped french lessons.

      We were home by 3.30pm as Terry had some work to do.
