In town for a family ski trip. Staying at the residence inn downtown. After checking in, we stumbled upon a German themed Christmas festival in downtown Denver where we had a few drinks. Afterwards, we walked down the pedestrian mall to explore the area. We stopped into to the Thirsty Lion gastropub for a quick drink before going to the Kitchen - Denver for a very nice dinner. The dinner and drinks were amazing!! Definitely a great way to start a family ...

... I'm a bit disappointed. Some loud mouth girl swearing over a microphone doesn't really do it for me. Place itself was ok, not many people there and it's 10:30pm, so I guess that's says enough. We had 1 drink and left. I will be meeting with a doctor my first week there, so that way I have someone at least somewhat familiar with my case.

... After a while it got too cold and we had some lunch in a cafe. There were some different things on the menu that I has never heard of, like onion rings and chilli cheese fries. On the way back we saw really big moose sitting among the trees. We came home for a little while and then Natalie, Dad and I got ready to go to Walmart to pick up a few things. After Walmart we had chicken and rice for dinner and went to bed after a long tiring ...

... not moving for some time, I turned the car off, and we sat. All in all, it took us 2 hours to cover those 9 miles. After finally clearing the traffic, we covered the last hour into Denver only to come to our exit to find it closed for construction. We detoured around and arrived at Lysa and Adam's just after 9. It was a very long day. But despite the traffic, late arrival, and car difficulties, Lysa and Adam had take out Chinese ready and waiting for us when ...
