I had no idea where I was supposed to go, what I was supposed to do, what room I was in. I felt really lost and abandoned. Security got me to sign a heap of paperwork and gave me my key. They also gave me a form that needed to be filled in within 24hrs to say where there is damage in my room so that when I leave I don't get charged for damage that was already there when I moved in.

Really tired this morning. So tired in fact that when I switched of the alam clock at 7.30 we both went straight back to sleep waking up an hour later. We had to organise our own breakfast as it was not included and mine was great with knäckebröd och ost. Just what i like the best. From Maryville to Great Smoky National Park and onwards towards Charleston. We got up earlier than normal and were in the breakfast area a bit after seven. Nit as good as we are used to eg no eggs and no fruit. No bagels either but English muffins. ... a little while, just walking around and observing. Then, we walked back up to the campus. Once we got back though, we decided to part ways and go home. So, I ended up leaving Columbia around 5:45 and arriving back in Charleston at 8. The trip was fun, but Columbia wasn't really my cup of tea (I left before 6 at night...), so I think I'll stick with Charleston and travel to some of the other great places around (aka Savannah). ...

This lead to the need to provide bachelor zoos, somewhere where the boys can hang out without having females around to get aggressive about. This zoo is one of those, a bachelor group of males who are still learning how to spend time together.
