          ... shop! Who would have thought of soda stream + tea = such deliciousness! There is also a crazy middle eastern bakery here that sells beautiful baked goods for between 25c-$1.50. After spending our morning in West Town we wandered downtown to the John Hancock observatory. We spent a lot of time there and the views were so beautiful on this lovely, warm day that we decided to have lunch there on the 94th floor cafe. We spent ages wondering around and enjoying the views. ...

          ... you're actually doing it. My carry on was at least 20 lbs, plus my purse, and camera. When you're nervous and fastwalking through an airport to find your gate alone for an international flight where the lack of security check was already concerning, you sweat. When you wear layers you sweat. When you do all of the above, you REALLY sweat. I swear, I felt like a pig in heat just WAITING to get onto the plane. And then we boarded.

          ... stood empty, it was a shock. I am sure that we saw the worst side but it was a shock as I hadn't realised that Chicago was struggling.

          After a 13 hour sleep, we woke ready for a day of exploring. So we got dressed and ventured back into Chicago, however firstly our tummies needed feeding.
