... Lincoln Hotel for a roof top drink. A wonderful view of the city and Lake Michigan. Too cold to stay outside so retire inside. He said she looked very confused!

We arrived in Chicago at 10:30 am Chicago time. We ...

On Saturday, we started our return journey, heading west from Michigan, skirting around the bottom of Lake Michigan, into Chicago. We branched off the Interstate, hoping to see the lakeside, but apart from having lunch at a lakeside beach, we didn't see much of the lake.
