      The 5x5 Exercise Routine

A travel blog entry by sinceregho295 on Jan 09, 14

The very best exercises for lower Stomach muscles wouldn't work if you do not eat accordingly. Associated with pension transfer things, whenever you continuously create, develop or build something, you will see a place where progress will decelerate, almost to the stage of ineffectiveness. Omelets should be created using egg-whites instead of complete eggs. Good examples of warm-up activities are running, walking, jogging, ...

Our waiter yesterday, whose name according to the bill was Jeffrey, had obviously arrived at work straight from the party he had attended the previous evening and was still wired. We speculated as to whether he had been one of the party-goers in the hotel room opposite ours! He was, at ...

As long as I kept saying "Keep me in the gutter" and Shazz kept telling herself to stay in the middle of the road, all went ...

So now we're at the hotel. It's actually pretty decent for $55. But hey, after such a long day, any bed and shower would do us :-) We just got back from a diner up the road where we had a 1am dinner...or was it breakfast? Who knows. I was most impressed that the waitress brought me another drink when my first one was getting low. Apparently this is normal. I have a lot to learn in this country....

      Later,

      Escorted through Chicago

After taking off nearly 2 hours late from Portland, we spent additional time flying around Chicago airport. Once landed, we followed a snowplow escort around the Tarmac to the terminal. Finally at the empty KLM desk, with an hour to spare, we found a manager who found an agent who not only checked us in but escorted us to the gate. I'm very happy to say that we made it aboard and are now heading to Istanbul via ...
