Two carnival occasions this weekend and the Old Town was all dressed and ready for the weekend festivals. Halloween Friday evening, then "Day of the Dead" over the weekend. On the shuttle we got a chance to speak with a lady from Chile and she warned us about some of the criminal elements that we would soon be faced with in the southern hemisphere.
