I love being a Hilton Honors member, and Hampton Inns are one of my favorite hotels! Free cookies and coffee in the lobby. Always clean. Staff is always polite. Very accommodating to motorcyclists as well!

Up at 0500 hours, and ready to roll, but weather channel indicated heavy fog in Houlton, Maine. Yesterday was ruined by constant, heavy rain. Today couldn't have been any more different - beautiful bright blue skies all day accompanied by crisp temperatures. Marvellous!

We stayed at the Troy public docks and walked the city area. It was hopping with many people beginning their weekend celebrations and lots of outdoor restaurants were full of diners enjoying the warm summer night.
