I love being a Hilton Honors member, and Hampton Inns are one of my favorite hotels! Free cookies and coffee in the lobby. Always clean. Staff is always polite. Very accommodating to motorcyclists as well!

    ... br> Saw a lock in use.
More bike path and forest views.
Dinner at Red Robin-burger and chips. Sadly they put number of calories on the menu which always looks horrific. I think they are trying to kill Americans. Burger alone had 1222 calories. Was worth every one though. Thankfully it was fat free (I'm sure, but the menu didnt clarify that point)

... a vacation without some bumps and bruises? With Alex on the camera down the rocks I go, dunking the front of the kayak as I enter the water. What a rush that little hill provided. Next stop, a waterfall. All in all, this was an awesome experience, with Alex and I no longer planning on rafting again. We are now kayakers. I had 2 dunkings on the trip down and Alex the one. What an experience.

... think some wine was involved in helping that plan along so I offered to call the front desk and have someone let them in. Unfortunately, again only for the story telling, she chose this option. As she was climbing back, she fell off... sorry, that didn't happen. They came and let her and her friend back in the room.
Any way, off we go, we have a movie to watch. Hopefully this one will be better than the last 2 Alex has picked. ...

... the Christmas Tree Stand. I had to leave it in Sunderland with the hopes of Dan proudly displaying it in December. On the bright side, I fit about 90% of my shoes in Princess.

Toby is not handling the move well so far. He's tried to go home with neighbors and their dogs on several occasions, and is currently on a hunger strike. Hopefully once he realizes he is not airplane bound this time he will calm down. He has a pretty legit bed in the backseat of Princess and ...
