A morning of another delicious hot breakfast followed by second coats on the paint jobs we started yesterday. We then were given Subway for lunch and since there wasn't much left to be done with the paint crew, I switched groups to help put up the wood siding on another house. Today we woke up to hot breakfast (!!!) which we have not had in a long time. My usual meal of Cheerios and a banana was upgraded to a biscuit, eggs, fresh fruit and honey Greek yogurt. YUM! The perfect fuel ...

... from Janesville, WI and currently live in Chicago working in HR. Breezer and I had the opportunity to ride together day one of this wild adventure, and although what is said on the bike stays on the bike, I can tell you I knew this girl and I would get along. We have ridden together more often than not on our biking days, and have been through countless adventures together! However, I know Breezer tends to be more succinct in her ...
