    Part of our challenge while in the Palm Springs area is to decide whether or not it suits us for a winter hideaway. So many of our friends and neighbours tow their trailers, 5th wheels or motor homes to the many parks in California, Arizona & New Mexico while others rent "park" models. Our challenge is to find out whether or not we're cut out to be trailer park folks. But to tell the truth, we've never even been to a trailer ...

    ... enjoyed it. Mike loved his Malibu Steak and Chicken. During the meal the waiters came out and sang a birthday song too a girl at the next table. This is something we have seen quite a bit. What is interesting is that they don't sing THE Happy Birthday song but their own version because the descendants of the lady who wrote the song claim copyright and are charging businesses to use the song.
