Part of our challenge while in the Palm Springs area is to decide whether or not it suits us for a winter hideaway. ... enjoyed it. Mike loved his Malibu Steak and Chicken. During the meal the waiters came out and sang a birthday song too a girl at the next table. This is something we have seen quite a bit. What is interesting is that they don't sing THE Happy Birthday song but their own version because the descendants of the lady who wrote the song claim copyright and are charging businesses to use the song.
