Today we woke up to see a layer of frost and the outside temperature at 0 C. Since we felt we were past most of the scenery that we wanted to see we decided to take the Ohio turnpike toll highway and make better time. My grandma passed away peacefully surrounded by her family yesterday early afternoon. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and prayers.
Today is John and my 13th wedding anniversary. A bit bittersweet, but pretty wonderful to spend it with family. Our family bought us a gift card to a local restaurant for an anniversary dinner tonight. There is so much love here right now.
