Like I saw a morbidly obese lady on an electric cart at a grocery store the other way, and it was like, ah yes, America. Imagine her trying to shop at a grocery store in Stockholm! Now we have a piece of paper which we are suppose to hand the person in the gatehouse. We pulled up to the gatehouse and proceeded to stop at the sign which read "pre-registered guest", Mike & Alma were in the other lane. Well, the lady in the gatehouse proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong lane because they wanted to ...

Warning about Ghana that everybody should read!

... to 25 countries around the world over the last 20 years including trips to Egypt and have felt safe, secure and never feared for my safety. Now, as I just read the accounts of a recent traveler to Accra, Ghana it makes me sick to think that there is a place where the value of human life is second to the actions of thugs, theives, street gangs and criminals all in plain site of those who call themselves police or public officials. I ...
