      Saying Goodbye to Tennessee

I had bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast which was free from the hotel. I am sad to see Tennessee in my rearview mirror but I am headed to Atlanta. I drove through the mountains and then stopped for lunch at Chipotle for $9.30. I only ate half and will finish the rest for dinner. I stopped for gas in Atlanta at Chevron for $36.90.

There is no way I would have had the strength or the courage to go to Africa if it wasn't for each and every one of you. Your kind words and uplifting thoughts while I was there got me through some very rough times, and I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. All of you ...

... He enjoys just being able to “show up” and is always supportive of the destinations I suggest. This situation works well for us, and he’s always appreciative of the adventures we take. Having said that, there’s a little self-induced pressure that exists when planning a trip for others. It’s like preparing a meal for friends – there’s a personal investment in wanting to ensure your guests enjoy their food and the ...

Last day of school and packing the RV

By the time the day before the trip had come, the RV was 95% packed and ready to go – thank God. I spent most of the day at school finishing up the year and did not get home until 6:00. Luckily, Pooja had done her part so we just had to put last second stuff in there. ...
