... a mechanical delay. Fortunately, we had given ourselves a nice, cushy, 3 hour layover in ATL, so there was no problem making our Amsterdam connection. At 3am, Mike woke up, grabbed a shower & started to pack up the car. I made sure to give extra treats to all the critters (tried to elevate my guilt!) and we were in the car at 4am and pulling out of the driveway.
