... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves. ... as a passenger, in our beast of a ride on our way to Nashville, Tennessee. We have under 3 hours to go and fortunately gain an hour as the time will change (there are 6 time zones in the US and we pass through 3 of them) The roadtrip so far has been awesome, the driving is relaxing and it's exciting to see what the next destination will be like. ... were some hotels right behind the ball park, so we decided to try our luck, and after giving the receptionist at the Country Inn and Suites our best puppy dog eyes, she let us store our bags there for a few hours. Result!
