    ... further north, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks is run by Greeks and very popular! We enjoyed poking around and eating Greek salad and gyros. Honeymoon Island was our favourite place and we took a picnic lunch, hiked the nature trail and saw a lot of osprey and a few bald eagles. It was sunny but cool, so we enjoyed sitting on the beach at a sheltered spot! We stayed until the sun set.
