... demonstrations/experiences to see because it was not the weekend. They seem to run a limited experience programme during the weekdays, but still charge the same price. I guess the trade off was a very quiet zoo experience. After the zoo we had dinner at Cheesecake Factory. We both had salads and we shared a 30th birthday cheesecake. It was a reasonably warm day today, but it was pants weather so no shorts today. As we head south from tomorrow we will be getting back to hotter ...

Had some great beers, very good burgers, and a free dessert ...
It was good to mix and mingle with movers and shakers in Sarpy County at this informative event. It featured several of the Sarpy area's state senators, giving their takes on the biggest issues in the Legislature this session.
I was glad to spend time with Papillion Mayor David Black, and enjoyed meeting Jill Becker of the host company, Black Hills Energy.
