We started our day in Fort Worth at a nature reserve. We parked up at the visitors centre and started with a 1 mile walk. We immediately came across a couple of large spiders and heaps of different coloured dragonflies. Sam wasn't keen on the walk after seeing the spiders and knowing there might be snakes around. Me and Taylor started the day right by heading over to a trail in uptown Dallas. It's called Katy trail and it runs for miles. We just wanted to have girl chats and brisk walk it rather than go crazy and run. Such a beautiful walk. The views of gorgeous men running past with their tops off helped to!! ... to go under it. The Kauffman Performing Arts Center is a very cool building that reminded us of the Sydney Opera House. Union Station was a treat, where we had a wonderful lunch at the Harvey restaurant. Fred Harvey was an entrepreneur who created one of the first restaurant chains when he took over the concessions at a large number of train stations and introduced good consistent food and great service with his Harvey girls.
