    ... can't beat the location unless you stay at a Disneyland park hotel. Of course, they are a lot more costly! We also had wi-fi included in the room and that was handy for the myriad of Apple devices we had, plus free local calls which was handy for booking extra tours.     ... empty nesters from Belmont. Their son races motorbikes so they know Maitland well. So many Aussies here at the moment, school holidays and all.     ... fact, we went to Downtown Disney that night and purchased our park tickets and browsed around the shops. About the time we left - Disney started their firework show. When we made it back to the campground it was still going on but it appeared to be almost right over us.

    5/26 The first day at Disneyland. We got an early start since it is a holiday. We were in Disneyland for around 8:30; the park opened at 8am.
