Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78... Now I was stopping to cool down. On my way out of Texas I passed through a small village called Adrian. If you look at the pictures I loaded today, you see two signs saying that it is the half way point of Route 66 which is a milestone in the ride to California. The scenery had changed to 'table top' mountains with bushes scattered all over. The grass was course and a golden colour. The highway although it went up and down seemed to go on straight to the horizon. The wind blew ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States muggeragem... Unfortunately we were 3 days too late. The majority of the birds, thousands, had already taken off. There were a few still there and the sunrise was beautiful.
We then drove southwest to Silver City for a few days of exploring.
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States sjandbuddy... the wolves at this sanctuary up close. We got timber wolf kisses and many pics.

I enjoyed the winter most because it was cold and would snow ocasionally. Albuquerque in 5000 ft above sea level with mountains called the Sandias surrounding the city. Lifestyle was different from Florida. It is the biggest small town of the southwest. We returned to Florida in August 2009 longing for home.

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States gnatalia... a good band playing in the plaza square. There were several gift shops with the same Indian stuff we bought on the reservation for 5x as much. We had dinner at a Mexican place that neither one of us ended up liking. The kids were much happier with their Mcdonald's. The next morning, we were off to Sandia Peak Tramway. On the drive, right alongside the road, we saw a prarie dog colony. They are so fun to watch! At the tram parking lot, we saw a ...

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9... smiles on our faces, having forgotten about the terrible weather and how tired we were. On the way to Flagstaff that evening, Kristen accidentally reformatted her camera and somehow erased all her pictures from the trip. She was in tears because my camera had run out of batteries on the hike up the volcano so she took all the pictures there. =( It's okay though, we bought postcards! We just don't have any pictures from the top of the volcano ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States thegraduate... through some beautiful areas, we unfortunately didn't have time for any longer stops. We passed Angel Fire, Eagle Nest and hooked up with a long and boring stretch of I-25 that eventually took us to Jannic and Tracey's house in Colorado Springs. I like Colorado Springs. It's located by the foot of the Rockies, is big enough not to get boring after a few days, and then you have Jannic and Tracey's cooking. They spoiled us with some awesome grilled chicken and Margaritas mixed ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States hansanddoyle... chocolate and doughnuts at one of the food stands. We casually consumed our food while watching the last of the balloons take off. We then strolled around the grounds for a last look, and then headed off to the shuttle bus. The drive back to the shopping center was uneventful, which it probably wouldn’t have been had we been trying to fight traffic out of the Balloon Fiesta Park.

We picked up our car at the shopping center and headed back to the ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States mikvs... age, not my age. That almost never happens now, and I don’t see it happening amongst my younger peers either, except for cross-sex hook-ups. I came back and visited again a few years later and found out that she’d been killed in a car wreck, right about the time there was a song of the same name all over the radio. Life’s weird.
