... heading for a quick shop at Macy’s (bedlam!!!) and enjoying the amazing Christmas window displays! We caught an early evening performance of the Rockettes, an incredible Christmas chorus line extravaganza reminiscent of 40’s chorus lines and big on my bucket list to see. It was absolutely amazing with 6000 people at the Radio City Music Hall, Santa flying overhead through a simulated New York City with our 3D glasses with presents and snow thrown at us. The ...

... across town via the subway (Tom is a genius at reading the subway map) to our food tour! Another fabulous guide took us on a tour through a melting pot of cuisines in the lower East side. ... There were several tombs on display and stained glass windows in almost every room. The chapels that have been reconstructed are so beautiful. I was in awe. The amount of artistry and time it took to create these masterpieces all those centuries ago is astonishing. The incredible craftsmanship was breathtaking. The grounds also contain some beautiful gardens which contain plants that would have been grown during the Medieval time. As I was out ...

... been the most fun, most enjoyable flight I've ever taken - which is really saying something, considering it's a 12-hour plane ride! (Side note: I've already broken a couple personal travel records on this flight. 1) Longest total flight, where the previous best was ~ 10.5 hours coming home from Greece last summer. I flew either Delta or United on that flight back, and basically stared at the back of my seat the whole time. Anyways, 2) farthest East I (or anyone ...
