    Once in Rimbey, we stopped by to see my aunt Violet (widow of Bruce Fernie). Aunt Violet is very warm and loving and we had a nice visit with her and remembered to take a few pictures before departing.

    So I loaded up my car and was heading out to Calgary. I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was going to go to Dairy Queen but at the last minute I decided to go to MacDonald's.     ... There was one huge high dark cloud and many fast moving clouds swirling below. I was getting concerned about a tornado dropping down, but I think the lower system blew past quickly. I heard that hail fell North and South of Rimbey so we were in a void in the storm area. Unfortunately, some of the farmers lost their crops to the hail. I hope they were covered by hail insurance.
