... was at The Ivy on the Shore and was fabulous! Cocktails and champagne to swill down baked sea bass and bbq ribs. Great food and service in a fab beach front location in 22+ degrees heat. Hopped on the bus back to Rodeo Drive and realised we have no way of making the 1800 last bus from Chinese Theatre and so we were faced with a 3k+ walk either way. Ok. So after the tour finished we ended up in L.A. I had heard bad things from the beginning about it so I was only really planning to stay for a couple of days and head up the coast.
