Today we left Chicago at 10.30 am and headed down the i55 to ST Louis a total of 300 miles.
It was 97 degrees so the air con was cranked right up.
The scenery changed every 50miles from flat long straight roads to little hills with long corners and lots of trees.

... shop half way here. Apparently the antique shops are very popular in Missouri! We were overwhelmed by the size of the one we were in this afternoon. It was better than any I've ever been to. I felt like I was on "American Pickers" rather than vacation. Next thing you know, Bryan and I will be quitting our day jobs and working for that show! ha ha.
