It was a shorter day today with just over 100 miles to travel. We left Springfield IL and decided to have breakfast once we were on the road. We stopped at a little diner along the route. After settling in we head off on foot to check out the sights.

This is a great place to stop over the service is top class. There are lots of places to eat around and about. We were given a room on a secure floor of the hotel. Good fitness facilities and indoor pool.
