      ... did the circuit again stopping off at three of the 11 stops. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the city (although we did see homeless people with their carts overflowing with their worldly goods or small tents set up in sheltered areas under overpasses) but for the most part we saw an impressive skyline with some incredible architecture, glistening water in almost every direction and of course the gentle breeze and warm sunshine ...

      ... Village. This areas is full of shops and restaurants along the bay. There was a fish market at the boardwalk. This is downtown San Diego. It was very busy. We headed over to Tuna Harbor Park. This is in the maritime historic area. There are numerous ships from the 1500's to WWII. The Bob Hope memorial is quite impressive! That are many other bronze statues memorializing sailors and soldiers. There is a huge sculpture representing the end ...

      ... 6,400 to the cause - thank you everyone, I wouldn't have been able to do this trip without you. We helped build over 13 houses, biked 3,600 miles (11 days/ 263 hrs Of time on bike saddle alone!!) and have 30 new friends I consider my B&B family.
