      ... the road at traffic lights holding up cardboard notices!! This is the end of a holiday that began in Reno with the World Curling Federation Congress. Have loved the trip and all the sights and would loved to have stayed longer but the curling season at home beckons. A long flight home now.       ... shrimp with crab macaroni salad. The fish was just melt in your mouth! The shrimp was large and delicate. We ate with views of San Diego Bay and lots of ships.


      next we head to Point Loma. We drive through Naval Base Point Loma, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, into Cabrillo National Monument and Lighthouse. This whole area is really a sight to behold. The views are far and wide. Our government owns most of this ...

      ... pacific was cold, but adrenaline was at an all-time high and to us it felt like bath water. We sang our "pump up song" one last time, and Hugged and cried like we had never before.... Until I ran to the shore to meet my mom, where I completely lost it. Hugging her and seeing amazing fan base that came out had me in fits of tears, happy and sad it was all over all at once.
