    ... beach views. We walked to the beach where seals sun bake unafraid of people. There were two locations, and the second had a lot of seals on the sand. We returned back to the unit to enjoy an afternoon drink on the verandah and to watch the action on the beach below.     ... and RV parks. There were lots of homeless here. At least they have good weather. We headed back toward San Diego through Chula Vista where we stopped for gas @ $3.59. This is not too far from Mexico. We came through an area called "Mile of Cars". Just what it sounds like.....car sales, etc. there are lots of Mexican and Orientals. One interesting restaurant was called Sushi Loco.

    ... sign of our driver. Luckily after about 30 minutes of waiting he showed up much to our relief. Apparently it took him a lot longer to get through the border then it did for us.

    We drove the final 30 minutes to San Diego where we were dropped at our accomodation USA Hostels. Supposedly voted #2 in USA. We were very happy to have reached our accomodation by this stage as it was 7pm and we had been travelling for 10 hours. Our room is teeny ...
