    ... I tried to find the Confederate cemetery, but apparently it's closed, as too many people want to use it politically.

    There are two political organisations here that promote the Confederate cause, Daughters and Sons if the Confederacy. They appear to be very right wing and aggressive about their cause.

    The docks area is now being redeveloped with lots of leisure space along the river and canal.. A nice walk of about 5.5 miles.
