There really isn't a great deal to say about today...it was a travel day. Up early...3:30 AM to get to the airport for a 6:20 AM flight to Chicago then on to Providence, RI. Mary MacFarlane, Marsha Wietecha, and Lee Rose are my travel companions. This is the most recent of many trips we've taken together. It's really only our 2nd road trip...in the …

          ... in the movies!

On arrival, the backpackers were very happy indeed. The motel was a cute horseshoe block of blue and white rooms and their ground floor room was of a very high standard. "Perfect" they said in unison.

After a good night's sleep, the following day would take them back to the Atlantic Ocean except this time they would be on it!

          Their day trip ...

This was a wonderful trip. We visited so many beautiful states, Memorials, and National Parks whose history and beauty will stay with us for the rest of our ...
