Factory has quite an impressive main meal section too however the portions are gigantic and so we ordered a herb encrusted salmon salad to share, which did not seem to impress out waitress in the least. The salmon was excellent, and as a reward for eating so healthy we treated ourselves to the red velvet cheesecake. This was beyond rich! And between us we didn't even make it halfway into the piece before admitting defeat.
