My oh my Miami!
Flash as hotel! I have coffee on demand on level 6 = awesome! It was hot here, but nowhere near the humidity of Myrtle Beach. Kathy, Peter and I went to a small restaurant at the end of our hotel road. Parked up, just in time to watch New Zealand win their heat in the Men's Double Skulls. Apparently turned out to be a world record. Whoop …
Kicking it

This put me in a great mood and what made it even better was that I convinced my new American friends to miss there flights home to stay for longer. A limo came and took us to Nikki Beach bar which was situated right on the beach where the beer garden was on the sand itself. With cushions covering the floor, it made for an awesome place to drink before hitting up the dance floor...

End of the road
... to our hotel, we visited quite a few of them. Our next stop in Colombia was the City of Cartegena on the Caribbean coast. The owner of our hostel in Bogota ordered us a taxi to the airport and we were then given a password to give to the driver, another safety measure that we have never encountered before.
Cartegena is a beautiful place, another UNESCO World Heritage site and perfectly preserved former Spanish colony. The old town is surrounded by a 13km stonewall, complete ...
Day 22 ... Miami!!
... sind wir auf und ab auf die Suche nach einem Motel! Motel 6 sollte es sein;-)! Wir waren früh im Motel. Wir verbrachten die Zeit mit Abendessen und schwimmen! Der Pool war mehr eine riesige Badewanne als ein Pool denn das Wasser war so warm. Heute werden meine Mam und ich in die Everglades fahren und Ivana wird wieder in der Sonne Rösten ;-) ...
