    ... nervous about making our plane to San Francisco when we return from our next cruise.

    We waited perhaps 5 minutes before we were called – only a handful of people in front of us. Once the Customs Officer was done with us, we went downstairs by escalator and found our bags straight away the out to the coach. We had left the ship at about 9.00 and now it was about 9.15 – so not bad at all.

    ... and went for a walk along Hollywood and around Runyon Canyon instead. This gave great views of LA an also was a bit of a baptism of fire on the heat front, with temperatures reaching 87 Degrees (31 Celsius) meaning we powered through our water reserves and got slight heat stroke.
