Left our accommodation and 7 to fly to Dallas. The breakfast at the hotel wasn't open so we had to buy breakfast at the airport. Our first leg of the flight was to Dallas then a half an hour stop over in Dallas before flying on to austin. The second flight was only about 25 minutes in the air. We have a very nice day, walking through the university buildings and finally having late lunch / dinner at a nice pub.

We started off kayaking and then swimming in a natural spring for the morning after we headed to the shops to go thrift shopping for Sam's birthday dinner! Half of the group did a cowboy theme while the other half did a colourful hippy theme. I found a full piece swimsuit that was blue and purple and teamed it with a bright pink skirt! We headed to the Salt Lick for dinner where there was an all you can eat BBQ ...

... Ray Vaughn Statue. I drove down to the river, just South of the city and found the place where perhaps one of the greatest Blues guitarists is memorialized. Afterwards, I walked down 6th street and saw several of the really cool places to shop, eat and drink. I was really impressed with a place called "Wild About Music" It was a really cool shop with all kinds of music stuff and music art. I ...
