Yes, plural, meaning we had lobster rolls twice today! Once for first lunch and then again for second lunch, as Marette so aptly named those memorable occasions! It was a very good day, indeed.
Lobster rolls are to Maine what fish tacos are to San Diego! And Mainers certainly know how to do their "lobstah" ...
