Second snowstorm in a week heading to Raleigh. The forecast is 6-10" of snow. Since we don't want to miss our flight to Hawaii from Charlotte, we packed up the trailer, took it to storage, and headed to our son Zack's place for a couple of days. We arrived in Charlotte at 6:00pm, just in time to hit the start of the snowstorm.

During the past two weeks, I have had numerous retirement gatherings. I received many plaques, gifts, and well wishes. Today at 10:30am, I officially left Turf Care and retired. I dressed up for the occasion by wearing my Hawaiian shirt. Sheila suggested I wear shorts and flip flops, but that was pushing the envelope.
