We left Miller Lane in the dark in a temperature of about 8 degrees. Little did we know we would see 25+ before the end of the day. This was one of the more pleasant trips through Cincinnati. We stopped for fuel before we got downtown and anticipated an easy Saturday drive instead of rush hour. ... morning today. Headed for the laundromat and did up a couple of loads, then went adventuring. Went to the mounds at Ocmulgee National Monument and had a great visit. Good museum and video, amazing gathering mound with chief's circle, and visits to outside of funeral and other mounds. ... a white Mustang convertible in the parking lot and they had been staying in Chattanooga. We opened the sunroof and drove through Knoxville without any problem and with no need for the by-pass.
