... some interesting areas due to construction the GPS didn't seem to know about. There are more churches here than I have ever seen in one place before. They must be a God fearing people to have that many in just one block! We also caught the tail end of an air show where the Blue Angels were performing. We drove by both the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Indians stadium.

We made it as far as Conneaut, OH and found a place ...

... who were happy we had come back. One family was so annoyed by the protesters that, after enjoying the first show, they came back to COUNTER-protest the protesters with some homemade signs. Love the support! :)

We're getting closer to the Cleveland area with each jump...John was born and raised there and I lived there for a decade. We have family and friends who are coming out to various shows in the area over the next week. Can't wait to see you guys!

We woke up to rain again this morning but struck out anyway to drive the covered bridge route. I didn't realize that there were so many unpaved roads in Ohio! It definitely was not a hot tour for others; we were the only ones at each bridge, not counting the occasional local that traveled it to get where they needed to go. ... mind doing the shopping. What a guy!

We are leaving Erie tomorrow. It's been another good week, although last night the thunderstorm that blew through here had winds so strong it rocked the motorhome. Now THAT was scary!!!
The weather forecast for our travel day tomorrow is not looking too good. Hopefully it won't be too nasty.

Bye for now and stay ...
