Today was planned as a rest day, so we slept in, had a swim, and a big home cooked breakfast. This took us until mid day! ... to have done all the rides in between the lightening, and excited to be heading to our villa, not only to be able to jump in the pool, but also to spend more than one night in the same place. ... looking at yet another serene scene. Traveling through the Chilean side of Patagonia is another trip highlight. The colors in this barren and forbidding land are mostly browns and tans, but occasionally green grass and yellow flowers explode from the ground. We see one farm in the miles and miles of emptiness.
