    ... of a certain meat as you desire. The appetizers, sides and dessert are served family style. We also had a good view of the grill area and that added some entertainment as well.     Finally the day has come! Off to Space center in Cape Canaveral. Another very hot day, so fingers crossed for the planned rocket launch tonight. So far we have had two days of thunderstorms coming in about 6pm, so we hope that doesn't happen today. As The Space center in not strictly part of Disney, the shuttles are not as convenient, so we decided to hire a car to give us more flexibility.
